We use these details to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Security checks help us prevent misuse of the forms.
Key photos are stored with restricted staff access and included in internal request notification emails. We store quote requests on our website and use Brevo to manage contacts and deliver request acknowledgements and reviewed quotes. Quote acceptance is recorded with a date and time. Providing your telephone number for your quote does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Email and SMS offers are optional and have separate, unticked consent boxes. Where you opt in, we record the wording, source and time of your consent. You can withdraw marketing consent using the unsubscribe instructions in a message or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect your quote or service.
